The crew of the Shenzhou-19 spacecraft has been on orbit for over 150 days since late October 2024. Astronauts Cai Xuezheng, Sun Lindun, and Wang Haoze are successfully conducting scientific experiments aboard the Chinese Space Station. The crew has conducted three spacewalks to work with the station's robotic arm, installing and testing devices for experiments. They have collected samples and tested them in space conditions. The astronauts have also tested a robot that checks ventilation pipes on the station by taking images inside them. In the medical field, the crew has collected blood samples, processed them in a centrifuge, and sent them to Earth for studying the effects of weightlessness on bones, sleep, and biological rhythms of the body. They also recorded eye movements using a special device. According to plans, the crew will return to Earth at the end of April or early May 2025.
