On April 9 at the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu gave advice to Deputy Baktybek Sydykov regarding public criticism in social media. Turgunbek uulu noted: "There is no need to respond to everything; if we react to every remark and criticism... The main thing - I work with conscience and am clean before God. Let them write, talk, there's no need to elevate them by responding, don't be a slave to 150 likes and 150 comments." Sydykov responded that he "just wanted to clarify things."
