The DDR memory from GS Nanotech was added to the registry of Russian industrial products by the Ministry of Industry and Trade after successfully passing an expert review, scoring 35 points. Serial production of complex printed circuit boards for DDR modules has been established in Gushev, Kaliningrad region.

The DDR line includes form factors SO-DIMM (260 pins, 1024M/2048Mx64 bits) and U-DIMM (288 pins, 2048Mx64 bits), with a frequency of 3200 MHz, capacities of 8, 16 or 32 GB, and comply with the JEDEC JESD-79–4 standard. Production has been ongoing for a year to ensure stable product quality.

"We have taken a different path and are ready to offer market registry DDRs without microcontrollers but with domestic printed circuit boards and an interesting price," noted GS Nanotech's director of development, Alexey Borodastov.
