The China Automotive Quality Network has released a ranking of the most reliable car brands on the Chinese market for 2024. The assessment was based on the number of complaints about breakdowns and defects: fewer penalty points indicate better quality.
The leader in the ranking is the Voyah brand, belonging to the Dongfeng group. Voyah scored 153 points. Second place went to Dongfeng Honda with 156 penalty points, third - Volvo (157 points), fourth - GAC Hyptec (158 points). The top five was rounded out by Wey from Great Wall with 160 points.
Also in the top 10 are: GAC Trumpchi (161 point), GAC Aion (162 points), Jetta (163 points), Changan Nevo (167 points) and Yangwang (170 points). BYD scored 191 points, taking 26th place. Four brands well-known in Russia - Chery with 224 points (51st place), Haval with 210 points (42nd place), Geely with 192 points (27th place) and Changan with 194 points (30th place) - did not make it to the top leaders.
