He stated this on board the nuclear submarine cruiser 'Arkhangelsk'. "This will allow us to conduct democratic elections there and bring an effective government into power," - noted Vladimir Putin.
The President of Russia also added that the illegitimacy of the current president of Ukraine makes all other representatives of the executive power illegitimate. "The question arises: what do we do, how can we negotiate with them?" - emphasized Vladimir Putin.
Moreover, he informed about the progress of the special military operation: strategic initiative is fully in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces along the entire front line. The troops of Russia have liberated 99 percent of LNR territories, more than 70 percent of DNR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
