Intel has initiated an investigation into the performance problems of the Arc B580 and B570 graphics cards when used in systems with Ryzen 2000 and Intel Core 9th generation processors. The company announced this on their official forum. 'We are aware of performance issues in some games when using older generation processors. We are expanding testing to include more configurations and working on optimization,' stated Intel. The Arc Battlemage graphics cards fall behind AMD and NVIDIA counterparts due to poor driver optimization. This issue does not occur with newer Intel and AMD processors, making the situation particularly unexpected. The release date for updated drivers is yet to be determined.
