Charles Buller, a former NASA engineer and electrostatics specialist, has announced the development of a device capable of moving without using fuel. The device was developed by a team from Exodus Propulsion Technologies. According to Buller, the system uses only electric fields to create constant thrust and does not emit any waste.
Buller presented his ideas at an alternative energy conference in 2023. At that time, their system could rise and maintain altitude, which could be a revolution in space travel. Charles Buller noted that the device operates due to a "new force" that he claims is not yet known in modern science.
Buller's results have not yet been confirmed by independent laboratories or published in scientific journals.
