From May 1, electricity tariffs will change in Kyrgyzstan: up to 700 kilowatt-hours - 1 som 37 tyyns, above the limit - 2 soms 60 tyyns. In Bishkek, several streets are closed for reconstruction: a section of Zhibek Zholy Avenue from Lerмонтова Street to Буденного Street, Mолодой Гвардии Boulevard from Боконбаева Street to Московской Street and a segment of Медерова Street from 7 Апреля Street to Юнусалиева Street. A bicycle path 3 kilometers long has been built in the village of Baitik, starting from the village arch.

Azamat Shadmanov, head of the Department 'Development of Water Supply and Sewerage', reported that out of 2014 villages, only 796 are supplied with drinking water, another 258 are building pipelines. The remaining 960 populated areas do not have safe water.
