MP Dastan Bekeshov commented on the decision of the Central Election Commission to annul the registration of Sultanbai Ajigitov as an elected deputy. "This was expected," - noted Bekeshov in his Telegram channel, emphasizing that "any MP can be deprived of their mandate if they really want to." Ajigitov was expelled from the faction "Yiyman Nuru" after speaking out against the agreement on the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border. The head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev gathered reports on Ajigitov, calling not to be surprised by the possible deprivation of his mandate. The Central Election Commission annulled the registration of Sultanbai Ajigitov as an MP on March 28.
