The Chinese government has issued the first permits for the operation of autonomous passenger drones to two companies - EHang Holdings and Hefei Hey Airlines on Saturday. The certificates were provided by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). This is the final step after obtaining a type certificate, production certificate, and airworthiness.
