Children's kindergarten building in Bishkek confiscated from a private owner and leased back to them

In 1997, the building and territory of the municipal kindergarten located at the intersection of Gogol and Toktogul streets in Bishkek were transferred to private ownership contrary to Article 43 of the Kyrgyz Republic Law "On Education" dated December 16, 1992 No. 107. The owner of this kindergarten voluntarily and free of charge transferred the rights to the institution along with the land plot to the management of the State Agency for Management of State Property, recognizing the unlawfulness of the alienation of the object. "Taking into account that from 1997 until now the children's kindergarten building has been used as a private educational institution and considering the lack of secondary specialized colleges with a foreign orientation, a lease agreement will be concluded with the former owner of this property for further operation of the specified object for educational purposes", - reports the press service of the NSC of KR.
